My 1991 190E 2.6 when I drive, gives 350-360 km on 45-47 L fill up plus speeding ticket. It's 18 mpg plus 50-60 bucks after court reduce to no demerit points. At the same time my wife is getting easy some 100-120 km more, which is good 5-6 mpg on top, considering that she doesn't believe in high octane mixed with ethanol up to 10%.

Yes the 190e dose use more fuel than a honda, nissan, or Toyota, depending on the engine the 4 or 6 cylinder, for that model year around 14 to 16 miles a gallon the 4 cylinder is only a couple miles more because of the type of fuel injection system the car has. It's not a full electronic injection system.
